You’re in the right place. We’re here to help you make the best decision to suit your home, style and budget. If you’d like to talk to someone, contact us and we’ll have a Luxaflex expert in your area get back to you and discuss your needs.

It's free. We recommend you visit a showroom first so you can see for yourself our extensive range of blinds, shades, shutters and awnings and arrange a measure and quote.

We have the best blinds, shades, shutters and awnings available. We want to ensure that quality extends to the installation process. Correct installation ensures the product operates properly and lasts. Incorrect installation can ruin your blinds so every Luxaflex dealer is trained to ensure that the installation is as good as the product. Every Luxaflex dealer is an expert in our products. They’ll make sure they get the right measurements, give you the right advice and ensure that the installation is as good as the product.

Lead times vary depending on the product you order - many blinds are ready within a few weeks. Your Luxaflex dealer will be able to provide you with an exact time. Your Luxaflex dealer will contact you once your window coverings are available for installation.

Different blinds and shades require different processes, and not all cleaning tips apply to all our products. If you're unsure, please contact your local Luxaflex Gallery or Dealer. All of our blinds come with clear and concise cleaning and care instructions. Selected Luxaflex dealers provide a cleaning service designed specifically for Luxaflex products. Look for the Luxaflex Onsite Blind Cleaning logo next to the dealers offering this service.

Luxaflex products are made with sustainability and the environment in mind. We offer many products which are recyclable, lead free, PVC free, made with recycled content, and many other green considerations. Every effort is taken to make the manufacturing process friendly to the environment without compromising on quality. Most Luxaflex window coverings will help to reduce heat transfer and will save energy for heating in winter and cooling in summer. This not only saves you money but reduces your emissions as well.

All Luxaflex Window Fashions products are compliant with Australian law. As an industry leader we work closely with the industry body and ACCC on Child Safety Regulations to ensure Australian homeowners are provided with products for their homes that are safe. Our products are designed with child safety in mind to ensure they can be operated in a safe manner, to prevent children and pets from entanglement in loose cords that may cause injury or death. We pride ourselves on being innovative in the area of child-safe blind devices. Motorisation is a great solution for parents looking to ensure they have child-safe blinds in the home, and we have the latest, most affordable technology available in Australia.

Just as no two families are the same, no two homes are the same. Each home has it's own unique needs from families with young children to shift workers or those living in either warmer or colder climates. That's why it's best to collaborate with an experienced Luxaflex Window Coverings consultant – an experienced expert who ensures your home has the perfect solution within your budget.

Though there’s no one-price-fits-all solution, each quote takes these elements into consideration:

  • Window size
  • Product, fabric/material & colour selection
  • Operating system selection
  • Additional design requirements

PowerView Troubleshooting

Check to make sure the batteries are inserted properly and are new.

When the Pebble® Remote Control is picked up, the Remote Module's motion back lights are activated. In situations where the remote control is under constant movement, the motion backlighting can activate more often than normal causing the batteries to deplete at a faster rate.

It is possible to disable the motion backlight function by pressing and holding the 6 channel button for 6 seconds. To re-enable motion backlight press and hold the 6 channel button for 6 seconds.

This would be an indication the batteries are running low, replace the batteries (ensure batteries are replaced with the CR2032 battery). The suggestion is to turn the “shake to wake” feature off (press and hold channel 6 until group lights blink at you. By turning this feature off you can increase the lifespan of the batteries in the remote. Make sure that there is power to the window covering and that the window covering functions properly by pressing the manual control button on the window covering. Make sure the correct GROUP number or ALL has been selected before pressing OPEN or CLOSE. Active GROUP buttons will be backlit.

The arrow buttons are for operating shadings or sheers with operable vanes only. Refer to the product’s Installation, Operation, and Care instructions for proper operation.

Try a battery cut technique – Disconnect the power to the blind and then reapply – Try the remote OR Hub again.

Unplug the power cable from the motor, then plug it back in. A green LED inside the manual control button housing should flash to indicate the motor has power, if there is no light then this would indicate no power.
